Icons of Pop Culture was founded by Jeff and Tammy Castillo. They started the business because of their still-growing passion for collecting and dealing in rare and interesting pop culture artifacts. Jeff and Tammy began collecting in the mid-1980s when they were exposed to the world of film and television prop and costume collecting.

As collectors and dealers, for the past 34 years, they have acquired and sold some of the most iconic pieces of film history, including the largest private collection of original props and costumes from the Back to the Future series.

Jeff and Tammy have witnessed the transformation and development of the hobby from the time when buying and selling occurred through Toyshop Magazine before the internet era. Their journey continued with the co-founding of ScreenUsed.com, a prop and wardrobe company established in 2003. Over the years, their involvement expanded to organizing live ScreenUsed auctions beginning in 2012. With their extensive experience, Icons of Pop Culture is now actively venturing into shaping the future of this hobby.
