Partner With Icons

One partner. From pickup to collector.

When a production wraps, moves, downsizes or needs to clear its assets, Icons steps in — and handles every stage between the stage floor and the collectors who will value what your team made.

The wrap is not the end of the story. It's the next scene.

Productions build, source and wear an extraordinary amount — and when shooting ends, all of it needs space, time and people that are usually needed elsewhere.

Icons takes that on. We collect the assets, organize and document every piece, store it properly and present it to the collectors who care most about it — through asset sales and online auctions built around what your production created.

This is not liquidation. It is a careful, documented sale of real pieces of film and television history, handled by people who have spent their lives collecting it.

How it works

Eight stages. One team the whole way.

  1. Production wraps

Filming ends, a stage needs clearing or a production is moving on.

  2. Icons arrives

We coordinate pickup and transportation, and move the assets ourselves.

  3. Assets sorted

Every piece is sorted by department, production and type.

  4. Inventory & photography

Counted, researched and photographed in house, then cataloged for sale.

  5. Storage

Held safely in our facilities while it waits for the right sale.

  6. Marketing

Presented to the collectors who follow your production and genre.

  7. Auction / asset sale

Sold through online auctions and asset sales, lot by lot.

  8. Worldwide collectors

Packed and shipped to collectors around the world.

What we handle

Everything between the wrap and the sale.

Hand us one stage or all eight. Handing over the whole process lets your team get back to the next project.

Why Icons

Collectors, not liquidators.

We know what it is worth to people

We have collected film and television pieces since 1987. We know the difference between a costume and a piece of screen history, and we present it that way.

Documented properly

Inventory, research and photography are done in house. Every lot we sell is issued a serial-numbered Certificate of Authenticity with a tamper-evident hologram.

An audience already waiting

Our auctions reach collectors who follow specific productions, characters and genres — the buyers most likely to value what your production made.

Decades of trust

Fifteen years co-founding and running ScreenUsed, and a lifetime of relationships with dealers, collectors and the industry.

Start a conversation

Tell us about your production.

Share as much or as little as you can. We understand productions often cannot say much before announcement.

  1. A conversationWe learn what you have, where it is and when it needs to move.
  2. A look at the assetsWe review what is there and what it will take to handle it well.
  3. A plan that fitsWe agree the approach — from pickup through to sale — before anything moves.
