01Who we are
Icons of Pop Culture is an entertainment memorabilia company registered in Florida, with operations in Oklahoma, Kentucky and Florida. This policy covers this website. Our auctions are conducted on iCollector, which has its own privacy policy.
02What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Forms — when you contact us, send a partnership inquiry or request a certificate check, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Newsletter — when you subscribe, we receive your email address.
- Technical information — like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and running.
This website does not ask for or store payment details. Payments for auction purchases are handled separately after the sale.
03How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to handle your inquiry, to verify certificates you ask about and — if you subscribe — to email you about auctions and news. We keep a private record of form submissions so that no inquiry is lost.
04Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you are given an access code for the private Icons Vault preview, a single essential cookie keeps you signed in to the preview for your visit.
Our homepage shows recent posts from our Facebook page. We fetch those posts on our own server, so viewing them on this site does not place Facebook cookies in your browser.
05Other websites
Links to iCollector, Facebook and Instagram take you to websites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
06Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email, and only so they can provide that service — or where the law requires it.
07Keeping it
We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for answering you and running our business, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
08Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
