    Why sell with Icons

Treated like the screen history it is.

    Screen history since 1987

Jeff and Tammy Castillo have worked with original film and television pieces for decades — you deal with people, not a portal.

    Photographed in-house

Our imaging team, led by our Director of Photography & Imaging, photographs pieces so they look their best to the collectors deciding what to bid.

    Collectors worldwide

Auctions on iCollector reach bidders around the world, with live and absentee bidding.

    Certified

Every lot carries a serial-numbered Certificate of Authenticity with a tamper-evident hologram.

    Discreet when needed

Tell us if a sale needs to stay confidential. We tailor the approach to your timeline and goals.

    Start to finish

Pickup and packing, inventory and storage, cataloging and marketing, auction and worldwide shipping.

    Questions

    Selling FAQ

Does it cost anything to send a sell request?

No. Sending us your details and photos is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If we think your piece is a fit, we'll talk you through the terms before anything moves.

What if I don't have paperwork?

Tell us everything you know anyway — where and when you got it, who from, and any tags or labels. Our team reviews every piece on its own evidence.

Can I sell a single piece?

Yes. Single pieces often sell in our regular auctions alongside other film and television titles. Larger collections can be offered in waves or given their own auction.

Where will my piece be sold?

In an Icons of Pop Culture auction on iCollector, our official auction platform, where collectors worldwide bid live and absentee. Pieces can also appear in that auction's lookbook on this website.

Do I have to ship it to you?

Smaller pieces are usually shipped to us. For larger collections or oversized pieces we can coordinate pickup, packing and transport — tell us where it is in your request.

I work for a studio or production. Is this the right place?

You can start here, but our Partner With Icons page explains how we handle entire productions — from pickup and inventory to asset sales.
